Ellen Hanley was the Recording Secretary for the FY 2000 - 20001 as it states in the DPCA Pipeline. Why are there no minutes on the DPCA ,members only section, of the web site for that year ? Why is 2000 the only year that such a void appears?

According to the old Pipelines, Shirley Eck was Recording Secretary during FY 1998-1999 and Pat Murphy Cornelius became Recording Secretary  for FY 2002-2003.

In a letter dated April 18, 2013, Dr. DiNardo responded to my April 2, 2013 requests for information by providing me with:

(1) Application for Recognition of Exemption(Form 1023)

Included in that packet was the following document :

Certificate of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation - (4 pages) filed with the State of Michigan on April 18, 2001:

1. Present name of the corporation is : Doberman Pinscher Club of America

2. The identification number assigned by the Bureau is:   866-038

3.Article III of the Articles of Incorporation is hereby amended to read as follows:

See attached sheet ( 2 pages) A . The purposes for which the organization is formed are as follows --this is the 9 new purposes                          and B which says, The club shall not be conducted or operated for profit...............

COMPLETE ONLY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

4. not completed

5. (For profit and non profit corporations whose Articles state the corporation is organized on a stock or or on a membership basis.)

The foregoing amendment to the Articles of Incorporation was duly adopted on the 27th day of March 2001 by the shareholders if a private corporation or members if a non profit corporation (check one of the following)

X    at a meeting the necessary votes were cast in favor of the amendment

Non Profit Corporations

Signed this 10 day of April, 2001
by Dr.Anthony D. DiNardo, President

Where was this meeting held, who was there, and who voted ? Why didn't the Recording Secretary record such a momentous occasion that vacated the former  DPCA Constitution on the 27th day of March 2001?

I am just trying to understand why no one, including the signer, Dr. DiNardo, is able to produce proof of such a meeting .

To date, I have not been provided with anything regarding my public record request of
March 21, 2013 from Dr. Di Nardo except an invitation to inspect the DPCA Archives in New York. I have already exhausted that approach.

When might  I expect an answer?
